    We follow local after-sales regulations. For quality issues not caused by human error, Magene will provide repair or replacement.

  • Do you provide training and support for production line staff?

    Yes. We provide training for production line staff and optimize SOPs to support efficient installation and debugging for OEM/ODM customers.

  • What is the usual delivery cycle?

    For long-term OEM/ODM customers, we require a forecast order of more than three months. Based on the forecast, we prepare materials and schedule production. Under this arrangement, delivery can be completed within one month.

  • What is the packaging method?

    Products are typically packed in carton boxes with shockproof and moisture-proof protection, suitable for air, sea, and express shipping

  • What logistics methods do you support?

    We support sea freight, air freight, and express delivery. The shipping port can be arranged based on customer needs, with Qingdao Port preferred.

  • What are the accuracy and compatibility of the power meter?

    Our power meter accuracy is ±1%. The spider is compatible with Mackin cranks and BCD110 chainrings. Please refer to the specification sheet for detailed compatibility.
