To ensure fair distribution to potential partners, we generally limit requests to one sample unit per product category per company. If you need multiple samples for batch testing, please specify the reason in the form, and we will evaluate it on a case-by-case basis.
The sample unit is free of charge for qualified applicants, while shipping cost will be covered by th recipient. You can choose to pay the shipping fee directly (we will quote the exact amount based on your location) or use your own designated logistics account (DHL/FedEx/UPS, etc.).
We mainly cooperate with international logistics providers such as DHL, UPS, etc. After confirming the shipment, we will send the tracking number to you via email.
