Our TPU gravel inner tubes weigh just 47 grams, whilst mountain bike inner tubes weigh 63–66 grams; this reduced weight enables brands to achieve lighter bikes through their choice of components, without having to redesign the frame or wheelset.
Suitable for 700C gravel tyres in sizes 32–48C, as well as 27.5/29-inch mountain bike tyres in sizes 1.8–2.5. Available with 60 or 75 mm valve options for gravel tyres, and a 45 mm valve for mountain bike tyres, helping brands address broader replacement and upgrade demand.
The optimised welding and seam construction has been validated during the second round of gravel and mountain bike (MTB) testing, with no reports of seam leakage. A range of valve options and the included TPU patches further ensure a smooth product launch.
